Steel Work

Steel renewals including pre-fabricated structures within hull, decks, side shells, holds, hatches, etc.



Pipe Work

The huge variety of pipes intalled on ship's, makes it's repair and replacement one of the principle activities of any ship repair yard.

We offer a workshop equipped with machinery and know-how that allows pipe repairs in cargo holds, ballast tanks, heating boilers, coolers and hydraulic systems in full compliancy with the international standards.



Electric Repairs

Our electric workshop is fully equipped for maintenance of electrical and instrumentation as well as manufacture of main switchboards, distribution panels, electric instalations and rewinding AC/DC.




Our skilled engineers and technicians are able to offer the same high standards of workmanship as the original suppliers.

Machinery repair ranges from main engine repairs, auxiliary engines, compressors, deck machinery such as cranes, winches, derriks, davits, etc.



Turbo Charger

A joint venture with a major player in the turbo charger industry with specifically trained technicians, allows for a full range of repair service like normal turbocharger maintenance, onboard ultrasonic cleaning, blade repair, shaft repair including metal spray, balancing and delivery of spare parts from the main turbocharger makers.




Cryogenic washing and cleaning equipment, ultrasonic bath, mechanical cleaning as well as quimical cleaning of tanks, confined spaces, machinery parts, providing an environmentally safe residual removal process.

Gas Free Certification is carried out by an authorized independent company that issues Gas Free Certificates on behalf of port authorities and classification societies, both in port and at sea.



Quality Control

Steel plate and pipe ultrasonic readings surveys, deck cranes, derriks and windlass dynamometric load testing up to 40 T, load test up to 5 T on davits and lifeboats with water bags.



Electronic Equipment

Electronic specialists for repair and maintenance of radar, gyrocompass, auto pilot, echo sounders and all other electronic equipment, in close join venture with the equipment makers, allowing for spare parts supply and reconditioning.
